3 years later and my original review of the salon still stands. After almost nine total years, I have had nothing but positive experiences here… and the hairdresser I most frequently see, Kelli, has always patiently and creatively dealt with my hair (and my constant minor changes and whims).
In 2014, their menu of services expanded to include various body waxing services (still including the eyebrow waxing I mentioned before). They also made some very positive changes to their parking lot and made the property even more handicap accessible and convenient for some of the older customers coming in for their weekly «wash and set». They also offer facials and skin care options.
The salon is always clean, the staff is friendly and beautifully decorated at all times. High quality Paul Mitchell products are available for sale in their lobby area.
At the top of my Christmas list every year I request a gift certificate to the salon. 5 stars, highly recommended.

I only go to Jenn. And she is the BEST. I do not allow anyone else to touch my hair. She understands what I want and need. There is another blonde that I believe does make-​up, she is awful. Jenn was out one day and I had to settle for this blonde and now, as I said, I only go to Jenn. I wish I knew the blonde’s name, but she was bad. Rude, opinionated on what I SHOULD do verse what I wanted, and rushed through the whole process.
Only go to Jenn !!

I would love to give this place a good rating but I just can’t. I had my eyebrows waxed here and the result was that my eyelid skin got ripped off in the process. I now have a huge red stripe just below my eyebrow that is very painful. The other eyelid got away with just a small red patch at the corner. It is so painful that I can’t even sleep. I’m used to redness for a day or so but this is way beyond that. Actually, my eyebrows look rather nice. The technician was very polite and seemed to do a good job when i was in the chair. Sadly, I won’t be going back for a waxing of any sort.

Bonnie is the best! She is a great stylist! The prices are reasonable for this area. Would highly recommend.
