Delicious meal! Perfect lasagna, fresh pungent sauce, Italian sausage, hot crusty bread, salad and nice service!
I travel and am often in small communities. It can be a real challenge to find quality and taste. Both are here at Morrello’s!

Awesome wings! Great salads and baked potatoes and tilapia. Haven’t had the pizza. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, a bar, and group room.

Pizza is awful, used to be much better long ago, the Cadillac was great now it’s crap, their thin yuppie style skimpy toppings aren’t worth it, was forgotten twice in a row and left, they apologized and sent the pizza with us but it wasn’t any good.

Really enjoyed the meal! Every thing was great, we had Stromboli, horse shoe and spaghetti.

How did I get here? I don’t know for sure but Navigation can’t be trusted ! Good food great services & nice people to talk to, been on the road all day !

Good food, fun bar area with three TVs, 10 drafts. Very good bourbon selection for the area.

Bbq chicken pizza. Shared it with my father-​in-​law. Everybody else at the table was eying our pizza. They were jealous and we weren’t gonna share. It was awesome. Coming from Indy this is a small area, but I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the best bbq chicken pizza in the area. Also, I had an angry balls drink (angry orchard with a shot of fireball). It was great.

I’m so glad my husband introduced me to this place! I LOVE this place. I’ve had pizza in Née York, Chicago, St Louis, and everywhere in between. I had no idea that I would find my favorite pizza in the world while visiting my in-​laws in rural Illinois. This place has mastered the crust/​sauce/​toppings ratio. They have a great selection of interesting pizzas too! My favorite is the margherita and the buffalo chicken. (I know I’m not a local, so my vote doesn’t matter, but this place is SO much better than Mackies!)

Ate there tonight with my husband and kids. We were charged for a side item that the menu said came with the meal. Only a $ 2.99 charge and assumed it was simply a mistake. We brought this to the attention of the waitress, Mia, who became incredibly rude and said she had never had anyone complain and had been working there for 4 years. Even after I showed her the menu where it says clear as day that a side comes with the meal, she refused to issue the refund. She simply kept telling us we were wrong and that she had worked there for 4 years. The manager finally stepped in and said to give us the refund. Mia became upset and said she wasn’t dealing with us and walked off. The manager had to call her back because he couldn’t figure out how to do the refund to our card. While processing the refund, she started saying we were wrong and that she had worked there for 4 years. My husband told her that we were not wrong, we were going by what the menu says. She then became even more rude, gave us a dirty look, and said she didn’t know why he was even talking about it because he said all of it before. My husband told the manager they have some great customer service there and the manager still said nothing to the waitress about her attitude.
I have been eating lunch at Morellos nearly every single day M-​F and have never had a problem before tonight. I have always gotten along with the staff very well. However, after what happened tonight, I will not go back and will tell every person I know what horrible service we received.

The pizza is pretty good. we had bread sticks, pizza, and salad. Its good enough that we will go back when we are in the neighborhood.

Morello’s offered a free Thanksgiving meal to people who didn’t have family in the area or a place to go, which I thought was very gracious of a restaurant to do. My fiancé and I had just loaded our house onto a moving truck the day before, and we have no family nearby, so we were thankful for a holiday meal. Also, I should say that the food was outstanding! They went all out and it was all delicious.

We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant in such a small town. It’s very casual, but my husband and I both enjoyed our entrees (pizza and pasta) and we REALLY liked the accompanying bread. Service was good as well. We will definitely eat here when we’re in town again.

Every time I go there the customer service is awful. The chicken hooters are the best thing on the menu, but I can make them better and cheaper at home. The outdoor patio and bar area is nice.

Loud! Metal and large open spaces… fire the decorator! They failed!

Try some sound baffles, bet that makes a difference, i feel like im eating at a rave… how could you not notice this?
If a real restaurant like acropolis came to hbg you guys would die. I am not impressed at all.

Stopped in for the buffet lunch with a friend. Excellent salad bar, excellent hot dishes. Most of the hot dishes were Italian including various fresh pizzas. Lots of value for money here.

Let me start out by saying my husband’s family lives in Harrisburg, IL. If it weren’t for them I would have no reason to visit this area. That being said, I’m sort of a food snob… being from Chicago and all, but I must admit that Morello’s has some of the best fried catfish I’ve ever had.
The fish fry mix was perfectly seasoned and the fish was not overcooked. I ordered the pasta w/​marinara to go with it. I’ll skip the pasta next time and go straight for the fish.
