I can’t attest to their cars but their customer service is spot on. After about two hours on the road and a traffic jam, wonder of wonders, my kid has to use the bathroom. As New Concept was the only place we could pull into, we made a mad dash for their bathroom. No one was around when we ran in but once we got out we were greeted by a super nice guy who said it was no big deal that we just stopped for a bathroom break. I always love places that understand kids.
