I appreciate the associate ringing my order twice and lying about it. Then calling to let them know and the manager stated that the money «should be back in my account in 48 hrs.» Im two states from home and that was my gas money. TRAIN YOUR ASSOCIATES PROPERLY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. I dont have an extra $ 50 to just wait and see if its returned. Filed dispute with bank as they fraudulently took my moneg. Store was in total disarray. Will not shop again.

i love Old Navy and this new location is great. the place is huge. i found pants here for .47, now there’s a deal. plus it’s right next to starbucks so it’s a win-​win. this location has a great children section and it even has maternity.
