Pizza Hut

Do not order your pizza from this location. They are horrible incompetent people. They could not even find our address and drove around forever saying they could not find it. Even after we told them twice where we are, and I even stood out on the corner of our home (which clearly has our house number on a sign… a child the age of four could see it) and they still could not find it. Then they told me my options were to reorder and wait 2 hours or get in my car and come pick it up myself. Duh, I did not have a car idiot that is why I had it delivered. The manager never even apologized. Terrible service. Go to the one on Paxton Street, much better service.

This store just lost my business. I am sharing the wonderful review I left for their competitor Papa Johns on Derry Street — they have earned my business and this Pizza Hut should take a few notes!
«I know most people only take time to leave a review after something negative so I think its important to highlight a great experience with this store. I ordered from them a few weeks ago not long after moving to this area and the delivery was crazy fast. And not fast where I got my pizza and it was a sloppy undercooked mess. It was perfect. I even tipped the driver extra I was impressed. So much bad service everywhere it was honestly refreshing. So today I had a lapse in judgment and ordered 1 large pizza from the Pizza Hut right down the street. After about an hour and a half I called to check on the order and was told it would be a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes. Yes. For 1 large pizza. And then was told it was my fault for not checking the confirmation email sooner — I wouldnt have waited as long as i had allready. After getting a refund (they didnt even try to keep my business) I remembered how great Papa Johns was and called here. The guy who answered was the most cheerful, friendly person answering the phone. Haha almost unreal for customer service these days. I even stopped him during my order to say thanks… his friendly attitude and professionalism was much needed after dealing with Pizza Hut whose manager was just flat out rude. Not many people love their jobs but hey he didnt have to take it out on me I just wanted a pizza! So thanks to Papa Johns and the awesome service. I just got off the phone with them and dont even have the pizza yet but am confident that I will have my pizza shortly and it will be perfect. :)»
So Pizza Hut maybe you could have earned this positive review or maybe you simply dont care who knows. But the difference between your rude service and that at Papa Johns was NIGHT and DAY. You definitely could learn from them.
