I had been here for my 7 year old daughter’s teeth extraction under sedation and honestly speaking, I felt the location was great. Not sure why others had given such bad reviews, I felt the Doctor was great and well mannered and had explained us the procedure and it took less than an hour. I was overwhelmed by one of the previous reviews but my experience was good. Please do not get discouraged by any negative reviews. See for yourself.

We were greeted pleasantly by a wonderful receptionist. She is where the good part ends. My 4 year old was in for a tooth extraction under gen anesthesia. My son, my husband and myself were all very uncomfortable and just needed a little reassurance but they handled us like«we do this every day» instead of taking a little more of their time to ease our minds. While waiting for the nurse to come in to get us ready to start, someone came in to collect our payment… INTHEROOMWHERETHEPROCEDUREWOULDBETAKINGPLACE. It was very distasteful. I had NO problem paying before the procedure but not then or there. We were asked to leave the room when they were putting the mask on him which made him lose control and become very afraid(I was as well), My husband asked if he could stay in to comfort him and was told«absolutely not» which really set him off. We were kicked out and heard him screaming until the anesthesia took effect(one of the worst things I’ve ever experienced as a mother) and then waited anxiously in the waiting room until it was over. We were also told we would be notified when he was awake. 2 minutes after we got into the recovery room to see our son the Dr came in to explain why we couldn’t be in the room with him as it was due to liability issues. At this point, we already knew that we just wanted to spend a little time with our son after the traumatic experience we all had. I’m taking the time to put this full review on here because I don’t think that experience should have been that traumatic. He’s never had a surgery so part of the problem was that we didn’t know what to expect but nothing was explained to us beforehand. They had a little prize box for him to pick from when he was done which he enjoyed but all in all we had a very rough time. I think the problem came down to handling the pediatric patient differently and they just didn’t. Not at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place for children.

Wisdom tooth removal went generally well, but Dr. Rajchel himself has a terrible manner. Maybe he was just having a bad day or something, but I can’t say I’ll choose him for any future surgeries if I need them, or for follow-up if there’s any infection.
