I had a completely blocked kitchen drain and a dishwasher full of dirty dishes, I went online and filled out the schedule form and within an hour I was talking to a scheduler, she made an 11 am to 1 pm time slot and called me at 10:50 to say the technician was on his way. Curt was courteous, clean and did a great job, even switched out some washers in the T trap.
