This is the worst place ever! They have the worst customers service… They don’t communicate with their customers. I called to make an appointment, and the manager asked if she could call me back. She never called me back, so I made an appointment online. When I came in for my appointment, everything went well, and they told me I would receive my glasses within the week. A week went by, and no one contacted me. I called the store, and they said«Oh, we left you a message», but no one did. After wearing my glasses for a month, I returned them because I didn’t like them. They said they would refund the money to my credit card… After 3 months, I didn’t receive a refund. No refund was given, and I had to file a dispute with Sears Headquarters. They investigated and after a month, they said they would mail me a check… So let’s hope I get the money in the mail. Go to lenscrafters! Go somewhere else. This is the worst place ever!!! I would give it a negative star if I could.
