I rented a 15×20 storage locker here for about 5 months and thought it was a great experience. First of all, the facility was very secure and immaculately kept. Office has a Keurig coffee machine which I used a lot. Location is convenient for easy access to Route 81. Units were very clean. And I never felt my belongings were in jeopardy from theft, rain, flood, rodents/pests, etc.
Staff was friendly, professional and easy to work with. I shopped three facilities before choosing Storage Depot. They matched my best price and even threw in loan of a lock for free, as well as free use of a U-Haul truck for the move in day. When I left, they prorated the last month for 2 weeks.
All in all, a pleasant transaction.
