Supercuts

Terrible. I went here for a haircut and color job. The day I went, I left dissatisfied with the color and the girl said she would fix it if I wanted. Also, she parted the hair in the middle to layer it, when I normally part my hair in the side. When I got home that day and styled it I saw that one side of my top layer was much longer than the other because of that. So I went back in and had her fix both the color and the cut. The color turned out great, but the hair cut is terrible! I now have one thick really short layer and then a long layer and the line is really jagged. I don’t know what she thought she was doing… Do not go here. I gave it two chances too many.

I am beyond angry right now. I took my 4 year old here in a pinch because his regular barber was closed. We walked in and all the girls were sitting and texting. One got up to ask us what we needed. After that, my kid was sent to «Maddie». I was very specific with her because we know what he likes. We usually get it very short on the sides, faded up to a little longer on top. She acknowledged what I said and repeated it back to me so I thought we were on the same page. I turned around to deal with my infant son and by that, my child’s hair was practically all gone. He was in the chair less than 5 minutes! I had to get both kids bundled back up again, so I didn’t get a whole lot of time to inspect. I was charged $ 13 and gave a tip, at her urging. I didn’t get a chance to tell her myself that I was planning on tipping her anyway. I get us all home and really looked at his hair. It was AWFUL! He looked like I stuck him out in the yard with a goat. Hair was longer and bumpier in different parts all over, there were a lot of random «wisps» that she missed, and a chunk was missing directly in the front. I stuck him in the bath and cut the wisps myself. My husband got out his clippers and fixed it as much as he could. He looks a little less like a goat attack victim or like he did it himself this morning. What’s annoying is that I heard «Maddie» tell my child that she has a boy his age too. I can’t help thinking if this is the way she cuts his hair? Poor kid, if so.
NEVER AGAIN. The staff apparently is too lazy to spend any time or extra effort on a kid because they are only getting $ 13. If «Maddie» paid for a cosmetology license, she wasted her money because I could do a better job and I have zero hair clipper experience.
AVOID this place if you already have a place that is tried and true. You will be sorry and unhappy with the hack job you get.

The people were pleasant, but there is a reason the chairs are 5 feet from the mirrors.
I have never had a haircut that hurt! The clipper blade must have been dull and the clippers themselves rattled and smelled like the motor was burning up but she continued to use them and rip the hair from my scalp!
When I got home and looked in the mirror there was a large divot of hair missing off the back of my head and my scalp is exposed. It looks like I had a fight with a weed whacker!

My barber was closed the other day and i needed a haircut. Supercuts normally charges 15 dollars for a standard mens haircut. I had a 3 dollar off coupon. I was satisfied with my visit. the girl who cut my hair was pleasant and talked about a few things while there. It is pretty large and can accommodate about 8 people at a time. They do not make appointments, walk in only.
