I ordered Mother’s Day fleets from and received a very subpar order for my mother. I called the garden path and the lady on the phone was VERY rude and told me they had«artistic freedom» and it wouldn’t be exact. Well this wasn’t even close! said they would send us a better plant at no charge. Garden path felt the need to call my mother and tell her exactly how much I paid, how much shipping was, and how much they made on the order and for them to send a better plant, they want the first one back?!? The woman we spoke to was named Lisa and informed is that has no idea what they’re talking about and now refuses to speak with us to fix the issue. I would highly recommend going somewhere else rather than get yourself in this predicament.

I give this store zero stars. How disgusted I am dealing with the rude women on the phone and I mean RUDE. This store was my Aunts favorite florist. She passed away on thurs 11⁄20. By the time we got all the arrangements in order, we thought it would be nice to have flowers at the repast. When we called to place the order we got«don’t you think your calling late», «I guess you would want us to deliver them», «well!, for that much you will not get any roses!» Instead of working with us, and trying to help us,(we are not from PA) it was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. I told her we will take our business elsewhere and we did! We were recommended to use Stevens florist. They were understanding, lovely to talk to on the phone. We told them our price point and explained if we needed to go higher we would. STEPHENSON’S FLORIST customer service is the best! Don’t even bother with the Path, find your way elsewhere.
