Not as ghetto as it used to be. Hallways are ALOT cleaner and New Management is doing great things!

We lived here for years. It was always pretty ghetto for the area. It usually took quite some time to get any service repair completed. And things often had to be fixed multiple times due to the half-​assed job done the first time by the (mostly) lazy maintenance staff.
My parents got to the point where they couldn’t live on the second floor due to their growing inability to mount stairs. But the management did nothing about it for years. The «gym» was a wreck and housed equipment that pre-​dated vintage porn. The grounds and inner hallways, in general, were filthy.
It’s a place to live. But not a place I’d recommend.
