Arby’s

I was at this restaurant for dinner with my kids on a Sunday night. The store had a few cars in the drive thru and only one family in the dinning room. The store did appear to be very clean.
When we walked in, we went straight up to the counter since there was not anyone else waiting to be served. I think 3 or 4 employees looked at us and said nothing. Finally after about a minute or two, a lady with a shirt that said Assistant Manager came over and took our order. She seemed to be very put out that she had to wait on us, and for that I am deeply sorry that we were hungry and you had do your job!
The food was exactly as we ordered it and it tasted good. I would have scored the restaurant higher had we had better customer service.
