Bob Evans

I have seen bad reviews for this Bob Evans however they do not seem to apply anymore. I have enjoyed quite a few meals here. The staff is always pleasant and efficient and are truly pleased to see you. Every meal has been tasty and prepared properly. I will continue to patronize this establishment.

They have an awesome lunch/​dinner family meal to go deal at $ 19.99-$ 24.99 that serves 4. The $ 19.99 deal comes with a classic entrée and a choice of side or garden salad and their famous bread. The $ 24.99 deal comes with an additional side. Family size soup to go are $ 4.99-$ 5.99 and serves 4.
I chose to slow roasted pot roast since it’s their signature item. I also chose mashed potatoes and green beans with ham for my sides.
I would recommend this place if your looking to feed your family of four a hearty meal without breaking a sweat.

Been to this location a few times and all but one visit was perfect. It is a restaurant and I understand that at times not everything is perfect. I worked as a server for 2 ½ years so I know there are good days and bad days.
My most recent visit was about a week ago. My husband and myself took our 2 kids (9 and 14 months) for an early dinner (4:30pm). Restaurant was about 25% full. We were seated in a timely manner and had no problems with wait times. The food was all good and service as well. The most disappointing thing were the rolls. I’m not sure if they changed them or these were a bad batch but they were very hard, not old because they were very hot and our server said they were waiting on rolls to come out of the oven.

Ok. I’m not sure what has happened in the past but my son and I went here today and it was fine.
I was hesitant after reading the reviews so I was more critical than I am most of the time.
I managed restaurants for 25+ years and I was watching ffor anythung that seemed wrong.
I didn’t find anything.
We were seated relatively quickly. The location was clean. The waitress showed up in a reasonable amount of time and was friendly.
My son and I got our food in a timely manner. It was cooked perfectly and tasted great.
As we were waiting I was watching for issues. Everyone was working and no other customers seemed unhappy.
I observed one waitress drop a wrapped pack of crackers in the floor. She put it in her pocket then threw Iif away as she passed a trash can. It was wrapped and would have been safe but she did the right thing anyway.
The only things that got them a 4 star isn’t their fault. It’s Bob Evans in general. They charge $ 2.39 for a glass of milk. A gallon coasts $ 2.85 locally. THEN they charge for a second glass if you ask for a refill. I think they could give free refills when they are making about 250% margin on this.

While hearing about Molly’s social life (sex and pancakes apparently) is interesting enough… I would have preferred my coffee refilled, and my order to have been right without having to remind the other person that delivered my breakfast…

For the sake of their reputation, the Bob Evans company needs to close this location and send the employees home to find other work. Preferably at places where they won’t need to interact with the public.
Saturday morning should be prime time for any restaurant that specializes in breakfast. But instead, you are treated to the spectacle of disorganized chaos and yelling among the staff. The tables are dirty and ignored food sits everywhere because people have walked out. The gal who works behind the counter is belligerence incarnate.
Don’t eat here.

The worst breakfast I have ever had at a Bob Evans. Old stale toast, ask for eggs medium got eggs you could eat with a straw, the sausage tasted old. Service was real good the food terrible. Will go to Cracker Bbl from now on…
