Needed to have my drive belt and pulley replaced. Decided to have them replace belts, blades and gauge wheels on deck while they had it apart. Bill came to $800 and they didn't even clean the deck while they were putting the blades on. I called and was told that they don't do that unless specifically told to and that that would cost extra. Poor customer service. They have lost a customer.

Be leery of using Bud Herbert to service your John Deere tractor. Two years in a row when I had them do a full service on my lawn tractor they put too much oil in it. Not a little too much but about 2x-​3x the amount of oil that should have been in it.
