Why go to a real Apple Store when there’s this store? I’ve been here a few times for my Mom’s computers as well as fixing up my olé iBook G4 (that’s old school), over the years. Every time JJ and his team take care of us. I like their customer service and honesty. Apple products can be high maintenance and frustrating… sometimes I want to go back to the PC world, but then I go here and they sort it out for me. Knowledgable, professional, friendly. You get what you pay for.

I had an issue with my mac book pro. These guys were very friendly and helpful in identifying the issue. They fixed it quickly and saved me the pain of having to mail my laptop in for repairs or drive into a big city to find an apple store. They also have a nice selection of mac accessories. Anyways, nice folks, easy repair and thats about it I guess!

I want to like this place, I really do. Unfortunately, every experience I’ve had there both in dealing with computer repairs and in purchasing computer peripherals has been lousy due to disinterested and sometimes even hostile staff. So although this place is just minutes from where I work, I would rather drive 2 hours to the real Apple store in Richmond than deal with these surly folks.
