I used to like Red Lobster. The service is good as is the food usually. But on this day we went and I see the food has taken a nose dive. My order was simple, not complicated. Salad, baked potato, fried shrimp and of course the usually yummy cheese biscuits. The salad was about half as small as it used to be. The potato was lukewarm (butter and sour cream wouldn’t even melt), the shrimp had no flavor and were obviously frozen. But the big disappointment was the biscuit. Usually warm and soft-not today-obviously microwaved, tough and the tops were a dark brown almost burned. I didn’t even eat a whole one where usually I can eat many more.
I don’t know if they have gotten different cooks or what the deal is. And the place was pretty empty for a Sunday after church crowd. Usually there is a wait but not anymore. I won’t be going back until their food has improved. I hope it does.

I had the ultimate feast. The portion of lobster on my feast was barely sufficient to fill a cavity. It’s always the same at Red Lobster too little food and too high a price. I
We ended up buying lobster and snow crab at Costco for for much less than the cost of our meal and had a real feast with at least three times the amount of food and better quality.

The waitresses we had went above and beyond their requirements for our large dinner party over the weekend. They were kind, funny, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was my mom’s birthday, and not only did they bring her cake and ice cream, but they actually wrote her a sweet birthday message in a card. That is a first, and we have celebrated at much nicer places than Red Lobster before.
I wish I knew the names of the two ladies that served us last Friday night, because they deserve all the tips and all the recognition :)

Good fast service. Waiter came to check on me often, food was good. Of course you cant go wrong with the Harbour Lobster and Shrimp.
I gues if you come in on a Monday at 6 PM. You get served fast. I am in and out in 45 min flat.
