Oh Sheetz. I grew up in Northern VA, and just moved to California not too long ago, and neither of these places has Sheetz. Before I went to college in Harrisonburg, I had no idea what I was missing out on. But for those four years, Sheetz was my go-​to fast food place. They have everything! They have all the chips, candy, drinks, frozen food, beer, cigarettes, etc. a gas station convenience store should have, plus hot and cold made-​to-​order (MTO) food and specialty coffees. The MTOs are the absolute best. You can get sandwiches, salads, burgers, hot dogs, melts, fajitas, nachos, fries, breakfast food… the list goes on and on. Whenever I didn’t have time to cook and needed something fast, Sheetz was there for me. And the thing is, it’s not just fast, it’s actually GOOD quality food! Plus their gas is cheaper than most everything else around. There’s nothing like Sheetz in California… I really miss it.
