Check-​in staff/​Receptionist needs to be retrained on how to properly deal with patients. She needs to relearn patience and how to deal with individuals in a respectful, professional manner, both on the phone and in person. My first encounter was very unpleasant. And this kind of behavior is the last thing you need when you’re going through issues that would require you to seek treatment here. As the saying goes, first impressions are lasting impressions.
