Just had the heels on two pairs of dress shoes replaced and the elastic straps on a few buckles replaced. The quality of the work looks great! Shoes came back cleaned up as well. Can’t wait to try them out.

Mr. Felix is the best shoe repairman in Hartford, CT. I have been using his services to repair my stilettoes for over 15 years! He opens his business on time and is always available to provide professional service. His prices are reasonable and he is on time for shoe pickup. Thanks to Mr. Felix all of my shoes are in excellent condition due to his care for details. I will be dropping off a pair of stilettoes next week for service.

This is a wonderful cobbler. He has stretched the calves of my boots and saved two pairs of my heels by putting new soles and heels on both. They seriously look brand new! Prices are reasonable and much less expensive than purchasing new shoes. Turn around time is quick, less than a week. Highly recommended!

Dropped off a pair of heels at noon, had them back by 3 PM. He did an excellent job and it was only $ 10 to fix the heels. I’m happy and now I don’t have to get a new pair of shoes!

This place is great. Easy on/​off from the highway, always 2 hour street parking, Felix is convent an profrssional. I had 2 pairs of heavily worn men’s dress shoes that I needed re-​souled by the next day so I could take them on vacation with me. Felix took the job and made them better than new in less than 24 hours. With cheap prices, $ 15 for heels $ 35 for heels and new soul you can’t beat him. I asked for a thicker rubber soul to replace the old leather ones that I had literally worn a hole through on the balls of my feet and he was quick to sugest several different options including a nice brown composite rubber I went with. Highly recommended!

The gentleman doing the shoe repairs did some kind of amazing on my husband’s favorite shoes that were waaay past gone. Wonderful service and not bad pricing. They also make copies of keys here.
