Though it may not seem like much of a place from looking at the building, Jones Processing prepares some pretty great meats to eat. I’ve only tried some of their meats, but so far it’s been ridiculously good. Everything that I’ve tried that they have preseasoned has not needed any other seasoning and has had flavor throughout the entire meat including but not limited to: their meatloaf, garlic butter chicken breast, and pizza burgers… Just to name a few of my favorites so far. All in all, a great meat processing spot that I’ll be using pretty often.
