Food is quite good and mix of Turkish and Greek, however Ukrainian operated. Rather conservative portions of the veggies and meat, however.

The place is a ghost town. There is also what seems like no care really in maintaining the business. Lastly, they don’t even take credit card! Who doesn’t take credit cards! They are killing their own business and loosing potential customers because they don’t at least give the option to use credit. It’s a digital world! Will never return, unfortunately for them.

This place has so much potential but is an utter fail. I got a combo of salads with falafel. The falafel is not remotely close to being falafel — I’ve had falafel in a variety of places/types my many years. This is simply not falafel but more like deep fried corn mush — don’t know what they’re made of but I literally couldn’t eat them because they were so gross. Same for the hummus. They label themselves Turkish so maybe that has something to do w the taste differences but I just don’t buy that. I really don’t know how this place stays open though I did only have salads and falafel. Servers were very sweet though. Oh well.

Best salad and chicken and hummus ever. And for $ 8. Open on holidays too. Friendly Turkish folks.

I walked in on a whim, seeing a sign for gyros on my way to the parking garage. I came inside before the lunch rush and the place was empty. The ladies that work here are really friendly and helped me through my order, since I didn’t know what to expect. Unfortunately the food is okay. I paid $ 10.50 for a combo platter(lamb and chicken) and it didn’t have nearly enough meat for the price. The meat, while well seasoned, was dry and tough. It’s as if the meat was sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I definitely won’t be coming back for another try.

Every time I order the same thing, but I always get something different, and it’s a different price. There are pictures with descriptions and prices on the wall, so this especially makes no sense. This last time I received much less, for a dollar more. I guess I need to take a break… And this time they gave me falafel, which was VERY dry and not tasty And I am 95% sure the stuffed grape leaves came from a can.

I went to MM today for lunch, and upon entrance you notice that the restaurant is nice and clean. I ordered a gyro combination plate and the gentleman behind the counter began to make my order. As he began, I told him what I did not want but he just waved me off and put what he wanted on the plate anyway. Everything was piled on top of everything in a styrofoam container even though I asked to eat in. The price was listed as $ 7.60 but I was charged $ 10. When I questioned the price difference the gentleman told me that he did not understand English. The worst part was when I began to eat the food, the taste was not good, the rice was so hard that I had to pick it out of my teeth. The experience had been capped off by 8 hours later I still have heartburn from this lunch.

MM’s is a small place but gets full during lunch hours. The Gyro and chicken are worth a try. They have a few varieties of salads that you can choose on the side. The salads are made fresh and taste crisp. The Gyro or the chicken platter is good and filling. It is great for lunch if you are working in the area. The people in the counter are nice.

No, just no. It is true — the staff is very kind, and the restaurant is fresh and clean, unfortunately these did not make up for my dining experience. And it pains me to give one star, but I believe on rating the food, and the experience as a cherry on top, not the experience as the foundation of a review. I was dreaming of falafel, so I ordered the falafel platter. My 2 falafel were promptly placed in the microwave and heated. Hm, I thought — that’s a first. But ok, I’ll try it. The kind woman behind the counter asked me at each station if I wanted each side order, as the platter came with rice, cabbage salad, tabouleh salad, greek salad, and stuffed grape leaf. yes to all, of course! Each side was spooned into a styrofoam box, around my microwaved falafel, so everything kind of mixed together. At the register, a gentleman offered me tzaziki and hot sauce. Sure, why not! The meal was pure disappointment. The falafel tasted nothing like falafel. The texture was very dry and grainy and lacking any flavor or spice. If this were my first go at falafel, it would certainly be my last. I was thankful for the plop of tzaziki to dip the falafel in due to the extreme dryness. The stuffed grape leaf — which I was hoping to be my backup, was equally bad. The leaf was extremely tough, and the veins in the leaf were so fiberous. There was no tenderness at all, it was like I was trying to bite into a tree leaf. Strike 2. The salads were a mishmash, and mostly overpowered by bell peppers because they were overwrought with them. There were definitely fresh herbs in there, which I liked. I did not notice any bulgur for the tabouleh, but it was seriously just a mishmash of veggies so it was difficult to differentiate between the salads. Not pleasant. The rice was actually pretty good, but it was just simple white rice seasoned with butter and a few chick peas. But it’s white rice. Period. Needless to say I won’t be returning. I am seriously disappointed because I was hoping for a go-to falafel joint. This is NOT it.

This place has great food, big portions, cheap prices, and sit down or take out dinning. The only con is that it is cash only.

Food was delicious. I had the gyro combo plate and it was plenty of food and very good. They are very friendly and the restaurant is very clean. I would go back again next time I am in town.

Nice staff and very clean place. I had the chicken gyro platter. It came with white rice, carrot salad, iceberg lettuce salad, beet salad, and a cucumber salad. Also, cucumber sauce and hummus. $ 10 with a bottle of soda. This was tasty and fresh. I will be back. Next time I’ll post pics. Sorry I was starving. BTW — CASH Only!!!
