Sixt rent a car

Rented a car for 15 days. Ended up returning the car a day early because I was exhausted with all of the problems it had and I was finally back in the area of the agency. During the course of my rental, the remote shorted out several times, the 12v lighter power hardly worked, the car bucked going into 2^nd gear, it was 1,000 miles over its service date, the cup holders were sticky, car died in the middle of driving it multiple times, had to be jumpstarted constantly to the point of having to purchase a $ 50 jump kit, and to top it all off I repeatedly called customer service about these issues and they never conveyed the messages to the rental branch. When I finally got in contact with them, it was 13 days into my rental issues. When I returned the car, the counter agent said he could give me $ 100 off. I reiterated the issues and the fact that my traveling companion and I were put in danger over this car. He went into the office, called his boss, made us wait for 30 min and finally agreed to give me $ 500 back. Glad to have my money back, but this was the worst rental experience ive

I rented a car on July 17 for 2 days when I got there the car I reserved was not ready they said but had a better car for me and je was going to give it to me for $ 6 more in total even though it’s $ 12 more per day. My car needed to be in the shop for a face lift so I didn’t pass it up.
Well I should be returning the car on Saturday at 11 as they close at 12 but I was called on both my house and cell phone at 9.30 am to ask if I am not bringing back the car I told him the boss that I will be there by 11 but he asked if I could be there in 20 mins to which i said no. And when I took the car in they told me I had damage the car which I didn’t. N I should pay them $ 500. The manager was very rude and I think they are running a scam I am going to the Attorney general’s office and the better business B. I have shown the pix to a few garage and I qas told that this kind of damage can only happen when ot is squeezed slowly coming down from a lift from an oil change or fixing

with this company «Sixt rent a car» on 7÷8÷2014 for $ 180/​week, I have received my reservation confirmation and also noticed a charge of $ 154 on my credit card soon after. The company called me on 7÷9÷2014 morning, told me there was a mistake on the quote online, and asked me to cancel my reservation, I told them that is not a mistake I made, I have the confirmation and they should honor the price I signed up for, instead of doing so, they told me that «in that case we cannot guarantee you’ll have a vehicle on the pick-​up day», I told him I have paid for this, and they better make sure the car is there when I go pick it up, he said I haven’t pay yet (Don’t understand what that $ 154 charge is for on my credit card then). And I told him I have the reservation confirmation, he replied «it’s just a reservation, it doesn’t mean anything». I argued with the agent on the phone for about 5 minutes about the situation, I told him this is not the way to run a business, they can’t have people making reservations, charge on their credit card, and then tell them they can’t guarantee to deliver the good/​service the customers have ordered! He insists that there’s nothing they can do, then hung up the phone. According to another agent at their West Haven branch, they are out of stock with that type of vehicle I ordered, in that case, they should provide me with an alternative, I told them I cannot go with smaller cars because the whole point of me renting the car is to be able to transport 5 people including luggage while we’re traveling for our vacation. Since they made the mistake, (not sure anymore what the problem is, one person said it’s because I’m not paying enough, the other one said it’s because they are out of stock?) whatever the problem they think it is, they should compensate me somehow with alternative solutions instead of telling me there’s nothing they can do!
