the worst ribs ever … my boyfriend and I stopped in at the bbq company and had a terrible experience. the ribs were way overpriced, dreadfully dry, and bland. I found them to be inedible. my boyfriend is gluten-intolerant so he ordered the brisket with no bun and it was such a small portion he ate my nasty ribs, complaining the whole time about how God awful they were and so tough that his jaw got sore. we spent $ 27 dollars and left hungry. this is bad barbecue, stay away!

Picked up some smoked pulled pork and smoked brisket. Thoughts on this is mixed… The brisket was not very good. It was drier than dry, and sliced thin for some reason. I’ve never had brisket sliced thin so I’m not sure what that is about. But regardless, it was super dry. Neither my wife or myself cared for this and wouldn’t get it again from here. Going to make some soup to throw it in because it’s really not even worth eating. The pulled pork on the other hand was great. Moist and delicious. I would say that the smoke flavor on both of the meats was pretty intense. Most of the barbecue I’ve had wasn’t so strong in smoke. I think it’s actually a bit much. I remember hearing Aaron Franklin from Franklin BBQ in Austin about too much smoke is not good, think that might be the case here. So, recommendation is to get the pulled pork for sure and pass on the brisket.

Finger licking bbq! We can’t wait to go to Holy Hill and have some bbq for a picnic afterwards here! Yummy!
