I had called them requesting a quote on some work I needed done. They had given me a price that I was OK with. The work required some special order parts. When they arrived, they had forgotten some items in the original quote. Once they had the parts the price jumped another 20%. make sure to ask if the price quoted is complete, tax, shipping, nuts and bolts… etc.
