This florist works with Just Flowers, an online florist. My son lives across the country and ordered flowers for Mother’s Day through Just Flowers. I received my flowers 3 days late and they looked like a hand full of weeds stuffed in a vase. Not arranged, just shoved in. My son told me he had spent $ 90 for a nice arrangement to be sent to me and it was obvious he did not get what he paid for at all. When I talked to someone at the Hartland Flowers, I was told that they did not receive the order until 3 days late and that they disliked working with Just Flowers because they did not really profit from it. She also went on to tell me that they were difficult to work with and there were always problems. According to Just Flowers, they sent the order to Hartland Flowers before Mother’s Day and requested for them to redeliver the order after my son told them how disappointed he was with what was eventually delivered. To put this into perspective, my son also sent Mother’s Day flowers to his pregnant sister (my daughter). She lives in a different area so a different florist, local to her, delivered her arrangement. He spent less on her flowers, but they were gorgeous! Hartland Flowers opted to NOT redeliver a descent arrangement to me and I was left with their idea of a flower arrangement…$ 90 weeds.
Conclusion: Either Just Flowers or Hartland Flowers is not telling the truth. Regardless, it is obvious that Hartland Flowers thinks that Just Flowers is not a good company to work with, but CHOOSES to do so anyway.
