My physician called in a prescription for a somewhat expensive product not covered by insurance. When I went to CVS to pick it up I was told by the person behind the counter that it had not been ordered because it was so expensive. She asked me if I wanted it and I told her I did. She said it would be ordered and ready to pick up on Monday. It is Thursday and I have not received a call from CVS about my prescription being ready. I called to see if it was ready for pick-up. I was told it was«on hold». When I asked why it was«on hold» I got«I don’t know» as a reply. I don’t appreciate being treated in this manner when I had already given my OK to have it filled… and now it is twice that I’ve had to do that!

This CVS was really an «let’s just grab some chips» stop, after our botched Mc Donalds stop. Very large CVS that looks fairly new. I didn’t like the cashier set up because there’s an aisle not 10 feet away from the cashier counter and lines can(and were) forming from both sides for one register. They did eventually open another register to take care of the crowds. Prices were standard and service was fine.
