I was working with this company because they had the exact signs we were looking for on their website. On the website we were told it was going to be a 2 – 3 week waiting period because the signs needed to be made, which was fine. After a month has gone by and speaking with the same representative over 8 times, she still seemed like she had no idea what was going on with my order and who I was. She never followed through when she was supposed to and they issued us a credit because they could not get us the product that they sold on their website. I spoke with her again and she said that if they do not get the product out in a reasonable time that they refund the money. At that time it has been over a month and a half. I asked what the time frame is now and she said 2 – 3 weeks. I emailed her and her company to let them know that since we waited this long we were willing to wait longer and give them a chance. Now three weeks have gone by, we received the credit on our company card which means our email was disregarded, and I have left 2 voice mails and 2 emails. With lack of communication and professionalism. I would definitely go with another company. After two months down the drain and still no directory board-​I am on the look out for another company.

I would give a lower rating if possible.
I placed an order on March 6^th, 2015. I received my damaged item on July 21^st, 2015.
I was promised a partial refund during the delayed ordering process and was told THREE times that it had been issued. I’ve never received a refund.
I was given multiple excuses for delays: bad weather, damaged in transit, delayed manufacturing, etc. all the while still waiting for my promised partial refund.
Then, the item is delivered DAMAGED while I’m out of town, signed for by someone else, and I’m told that they wish they would have known sooner that I wouldn’t be there for delivery.
Really? I wish it would have been delivered FOUR MONTHS earlier as it should have been! Honestly, I wish I would have never ordered from this company in the first place.
I tried calling to speak with a supervisor, but their automated phone system simply tells me to leave a message and they’ll call me back. Surprise! I’ve never received a phone call.
Please stay away from Elite Signs Outlet, and warn all of your friends and associates that this disreputable company CANNOT be trusted.
