One of the cleanest and most efficient Taco Bell we have been to. Food always smells fresh and tastes good. Service has varied from outstanding to satisfactory depending on time of the day and day of the week. The level of cleanliness inside the restaurant is the best we have seen in any Taco Bell anywhere in the midwest(which is what bring us to this restaurant again and again). Prices and food preparation are of course dictated by the corporate office.

Well run restaurant. Food is really tasty, in the American style. While not«authentic» to Mexican traditions, it’s above average. Some of the items are not as well executed as others and there is some inconsistency in the same items ordered on different visits. New items seem to turn up with some frequency. Maybe their Corporate Executive Chef, Lorena Garcia, has something to do with it. It seems that the menu has improved and the flavors are bolder, but not necessarily spicier. As my taste tends to prefer a slightly more picante than most, I would like to see another level of spiciness added, but that’s just me. Have not used the drive thru, but order inside for carry out; by doing that I think I’ve avoided most food order mix ups. Customer seating area, register/counter area and restrooms are neat and clean. Staff seems friendly enough. Parking lot is adequate.

Very clean. Service is fast. The food is fresh, well prepared, and the contents of the bag always match what I ordered.

If you get items to go, dig through the bag and make sure you got what you ordered. To assure you get what you order, avoid the drive through, go inside, tell them it is «for here» and then change your mind and make them bag it up after you are assured you got what you paid for. Four out of four orders at the drive through were not correct and surprise — each time it was in the favor of the restaurant. The old«we got your money, take what we give you, not what you paid for» system. This racially sensitive restaurant also sponsors the«Bean Bag Toss» at Harvard’s Milk Day events. Perhaps no one there ever looked up the term beaner, but since over 35+% of Harvard’s townships are Hispanic and probably an equal number of illegals reside there, it might have been a focused marketing technique.

Its a pretty good place; however the hours are goofy but its pretty clean and they never mess up an order.
