FTD screwed the order up and ended up cancelling half of my order going to the same place. When I called to inquire about the cancellation they said they don’t deliver to that area. Long story short, this florist not only got me out of a bind, but expedited my order promptly and it looked fantastic! Thank you for saving me!

I was really unimpressed with the service. My mother called in an order at 9AM and told me it would be ready to pick up at 1PM. I got there a little after 1. There was a wedding consultation in the entry way, one of the staff with a client at a small table by the front door, and I could hear voices in the back, but I was completely ignored for several minutes while I tried to figure out if I was supposed to be helped by the wedding consultant or??? Apparently you’re supposed to ring a small bell on the desk to get someone’s attention. The space is cluttered, and not in a pleasant way. When someone did come to speak to me, they hadn’t started on my order, so I had to wait half an hour while they put it together… It was just one small vase of flowers! Then the woman who brought them to me said only, «You paid for ‘em, right?» The two points are for the flowers being fresh and very pretty. I’ve asked my mother not to order from them again.
