I will admit that these guys have great customer service. The sales reps at this business were very focused on trying to sell me a car. They even had one of their associates come pick me up from the bus station and take me to the dealership.
But when I got their they tried to rip me off. I went in to their finance office they tried to charge me almost $ 600 a month on a 9 year old car. That’s insane! They obviously are trying to take advantage of people with bad credit or no credit. Not good business practices in my opinion.
In a nutshell these guys are dishonest. But at least they have good people skills.
