I purchased custom doors from them 5 yrs ago. The first set when installed got water vapor between the panes. They were ugly about replacing them and I had to pay the carpenter to re do them as they would only replace the doors.
I really wanted a refund and yo get them somewhere else, but they insisted on the replacements. Now 5 years later they have shrunk and leak at the seams, the frames which were supposed to be Spanish cedar are really pine, untreated, and they have rotted out. These people are a sham. They sell second rate product at a higher price, and their customer service is atrocious. Stay away. Go to lowes or Home Depot
They stand behind their product.

Ordered a pretty expensive set of doors, first of all we were told the order had been messed up, then we were told the doors were on truck from manafacturer then, when we called again, we were told they were out of stock at factory and would be delayed, this was a month after initial order. They finally said we could have a Floor model which were slightly different but would not offer any discount even though we had already paid half the money, when delivered they said we owed more money even though we had a statement for our remaining balance. Really horrible customer service and nobody seems to know what’s going on.

In the last year I have purchased exterior and interior doors for over ten (10) homes, including baseboards, door casings and crown moldings. They have a staff that can bid off of blue prints and meet with your homeowners and get specific item selections. If you are a contractor who needs a supplier who is able to meet with your customers and then provide you a comprehesive «trim package» bid, then this is the place to go!

Be careful. This place just wants your money, not your business. They deal only in cash and are very reluctant to take returns. And I’m sure that they don’t only take cash only from the large contractors… probably just the little guys.
They sell damaged items. Check your stuff very well before you leave, because you will not be able to bring it back if you discover that they have slipped you the olé’ damaged door!
I do not recommend this place. Don’t support them. Not at all.
