Hotel was clean and comfortable but the front desk staff had a horrible and nasty attitude! They made a face at us when we came downstairs for breakfast instead of being polite and replying to our Good Morning.

Where do I begin. I will start with the good; my room was nice! Bad customer service always out weighs the good. The staff had the worst attitude that I have ever seen. If you are going to work in hospitality, please have a pleasant personality. The Manager Shawney(sp??) was accommodating and the 3rd shift person Vincent was nice and would always smile and speak. However there was one staff member named Latoya. He attitude was so bad. She was mean and nasty and I even witnessed her being mean to Vincent. I felt sorry for him. Housekeeping was another sore issue. They come walking in your room at 8am to begin cleaning. And if you don’t allow them to clean when they come the first time they will not come back. So needless to say my room did not get clean for that day. If you wanted extra towels they would only give you more if you swapped out the dirty ones. No extra pillows or blankets were allowed. Once again housekeeping came early and I was still sleeping. When I did leave the room I asked them to make sure they clean my room. They only made the bed and gave us new towels oh and emptied the trash from the trash cans. The never cleaned any tables or counters. I will never stay at another Quality Inn

I liked this place. It was close to all my activities in the south suburbs of Chicago. It was also of great inexpensive Price Close to connecting interstates One block away Only problem Towels I begged for clean ones entire weekend And broken phone Had to beg it be replaced. Fine the next day.

Upon check in, the desk clerk apologized for the smell because they just had to force a guest out for marijuana use. When we entered the room we noticed a colony of ants near the air conditioner. The front desk clerk offered us a partial discount rather than another room. We declined and checked out immediately. We has up drive another 45 miles at 12:30 am to fond an available hotel.
