PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Please I KNOW BY exprience I’ve been living here for two years and I can’t wait til my lease is over! The maintenance here is horrrrrrible !! I put in a request for them to come fix my dryer almost a week ago and still they haven’t came to fix it I’m stuck with no dryer, all they can say is «Okay we’ll put in a request» I had to call five times with the same respond! I think every apartment complex needs a good maintenance service and these apartments don’t have that.

Stop by you’ll be surprised in a good way!

Waited about 25 minutes for someone to show up and give info. Not sure where they were — no one was in office for me to get thru the gate — local let me in — office had a sign that said they would return at 1:30 — it was closer to 3:30 when I arrived — I finally called and someone answered the phone — I told them I had been out front for about 25 minutes and they said they would be in the office in about 5 minutes — no one passed me, but a heard the door unlock from the insde — I waited to see if someone would poke their head out and let me know they were back — but nothing — I went into the office and felt like I was unwelcome — one word responses, no info offered — the place looked great — but as we all know, customer service is important and this place did not have that…
I wish I would have gotten her name, she was not a good representative for the company — I was there on Monday, Nov 8, 2010 about 3:30−4pm
