After a nice scenic ride around Lake Harvey, we went to Jones Pancake Shop for potato pancakes and pierogies.
Both the potato pancakes and pierogies came out piping hot as the staff brought the tray to the table. Spread out the sour cream and bite into the crispy and crunch potato. The pierogies with so yummy and the filling delicious.
Long lines of customers waiting in anticipation to place their orders. While others take out their treats in nice big white box like baked goods.
This shop only takes cash.

Well I have to say I have never had a potatoes pancakes that have come close to Jones. These are the best I have ever had. I visit Jones quite a few times a year. It is heartbreaking when they close for the year and can’t wait till they open again. They ONLY take CASH. Most days you have to get there early or your waiting in line. This places is small but don’t let that fool you this place is the BEST for potato pancakes. Love this place

I’m drooling just thinking of writing a review for Jones’. It’s literally a shack that sells nothing but potato pancakes, deep fried pierogies and chili dogs. The pancakes are out of this world and if you don’t mind practically drinking grease, you’ll be in heaven after the first few bites. Come hungry and leave with the rest of the day to spare, since you’ll want a nap almost immediately.
