Ate here June 11 for dinner. Lots of locals. Short wait. Prices were great compared to the tourist area restaurants. Food is more down home style. The staff is great. Friendly, attentive all while the place was packed full. Shrimp/crab bisque was the highlight for us here.

Stopped in for lunch. Had a delicious cup of soup and the«perfect» spinach salad. My wife said the calamari was excellent. The waitress was warm and attentive. A lovely girl. We’ll be back.

We live nearby and really wanted this to be our go-to spot, alas, too many inconsistencies over four visits in 2 months. We had a much better meal and great service at the height of the summer than we did post-season on slow nights, how is that possible? Inconsistencies included, forgetting to bring soup, way undercooked medium-well requested burger(blood on the bread), lack of asking if we wanted to order a drink while we waited for friends. She plunked us down and took off never to be seen for another 15 minutes as we sat and waited. This was an October weeknight place was almost empty.

While in Harwich sea duck hunting, our guide recommended this place. So glad we decided go. The food was out of this world good and our server was very nice and personable. The lobster roll was a little expensive but worth it. The local IPA I had was very tasty. I will definitely eat there again!

Sunday night music is gone. Still some very good live music on other nights. Staff is still friendly.

Good food and a great beer selection. This location seems less crowded than the Orleans location, which is nice. Good for casual dinner on the Cape without breaking the bank.

We had a nice dinner, food was ok, not great, not horrible. Service was pretty bad though, maybe they were breaking in new«off season» help?

Perfect little ‘hometown’ bar and grille. We were looking for a place to eat at 9:30pm and in the mid Cape Cod area your choices are limited, especially just wearing shorts and tank! We found this place and it was just right– we ordered the burger and roast beef sandwich– great for what they were. I should know better, but stay away from the wine– i tried two different brands until I just asked for a margarita! much better ;) They had a band playing outside and the service was fast and friendly.

The food is great — the veggie burger and avacado hit the spot — a little disappointed in the beer selection — the Cape Cod blonde seemed to be skunked had to settle with Sam Adams Summer

No, no, no! Last time my family and I ate here was Dec. 2014. The chowder was sour, and my crab cakes were visibly burnt. The green beans had a rubber odor to them!!! I ate a couple… tasteless, then realized they smelled like rubber. I pointed this all out to the waitress so she told the chef, and they said they wouldn’t take it off the bill! I think they gave me a free drink… unremarkable, so I can’t remember. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE place!!!

We had a table of 8. Most all was good. 3 ordered lobster, 1 had blakened claws and the meat was tough to get out of the shell. Sent it back and was 20 minutes for one that was what we should have had in the beginning. Never an apology, but it looks like that’s a northern thing!!! Come visit the south, people are much more pleasant.

Watch out! We ate here for lunch on a Friday. Food was fine although kids meals were ridiculously priced for what we got. I liked that fish and chips came with free option to substitute chips for salad. Problem came at our next stop. My debit card was declined. I checked my card the next day and the restaurant charged me 4 times for the same meal. There was a fraud alert on my card. Long story short. My account is out an extra $ 200AND my card is frozen for 2 – 3 business days. Turns out owner knew my card was swiped 4 times and didn’t tell me there was issue with terminal and they offered us nothing In return but to loan us the money we are out. My bigger problem is not having access to my existing money for the next 3 – 5 days(since it is now weekend.)

I have to give this place five stars because the few times I’ve been here it more than surpasses my expectations. Every time we’ve looked for a casual place where both parents and kids can be happy this place has been great. The drinks are always very cold and the service is always good. Not sure if I just get lucky, but we’ve always gotten our food really fast. This time we had broiled flounder and a wedge salad. Although it’s not fine dining the food tastes really good. They can get a pretty hefty wait and we’ve always gone early(after trampolines) to avoid the wait. We’ve always been pleased. There are a ton of fish n chips places and this one hasn’t disappointed me.

This is traditional coastal fare at it’s Cape Cod best. I always give major credit to the establishments who remember that us year round Cape Codders still have to eat after Labor Day, and Land Ho comes through every time. The food is reliable and classic – something for everyone with meat, fish, pasta and some mexican, and evenings include live music too. You can’t go wrong with the rare place on the Cape that stays open day in and day out, providing jobs to some and meals to others– all of whom make Cape Cod home. Remember, when looking for a place to eat in unfamiliar territory, go to the parking lot that is full. All those people can’t be wrong, and the Land Ho parking lot is always full. So there.

We were here with my wife. good service and good seafood(lobster). It is like an Irish pub, so don’t be surprised if you feel like entering in a bar. They have a nice dining room though.

Best fish and chips we have had since Capt. Frostys. Probably a zoo in season, but off season it was a nice lunch crowd with prompt and attentive serice. Well worth the visit.

Remind me to read old reviews before I go out… The chowder is really good. Should have quit there. Way too much on the menu, a full page of specials that may not have changed since last time I was here. They messed up my burger order and delivered it with mushrooms and jalapeños. That’s a combo that should never be allowed

Nice concept but they need some work here to bring it up to a 4 or 5 star pub. Here are the Pros and Cons: 1. Parking is ample with easy access. A 2. Service was very good but somewhat unorganized. The folks that waited on us were very pleasant but the efforts between the waitress and her helper were uncoordinated. A for effort /B for execution 3. The atmosphere is very cool. I love the low ceiling pub with wood beams and all kinds of signs hanging from the walls and ceilings. A 4. Booze: they pour a generous martini. A 5. Here is where they fall out of bed. A fish Ruben(great idea in concept) was a train wreck. The bread was badly burnt. In addition someone needs to explain the word PRESENTATION to these folks. The sandwich(as well as a fish sandwich we ordered) arrive on plate with a bag of chips. A monkey could do a better job dressing up the presentation.(No disrespect to any monkeys living in town). I ordered a stuffed calm which was as advertised gigantic. It was also badly burnt around the edges and cold in the middle. Finally a tossed salad with pan sauteed haddock was wonderful. Overall C– D which is a pity because this place has potential. Either re-train the cooking staff or start looking for replacements. These folks may get away with this for the summer but I suspect the locals will not put with it. It may be a long cold and unprofitable winter if they do not make some changes PDQ.
