I ordered one of the advertised arrangements on their website called Blossoms in Vogue. They didn’t have all of the flowers in the store so I opted to wait 5 days until they could restock. I was clear that I wanted an impressive arrangement and they assured me they would make it like the picture.
I received a photo from the recipient with a thank you note. I was horrified by what had arrived. I immediately called the florist and was yelled at and treated very poorly. I offered to send an email with the picture that was sent to me. I expected an apology. I never heard back. 3 weeks later I called back and was treated even worse. I would NEVER recommend this florist to anyone.
