If I can give a negative star I would every time I come her I always have a prob here… They are rude. They don’t help you out… They have convos w each employee but the customers. The manager is rude they look like they hate their lives… And half the people here don’t even know about any of the products!!!

After being treated very badly at a different location(being treated like shoplifters when walking into the store), I visited this location with a group of ladies and was very pleased with my experience. They were friendly and helpful. This is the only location I will visit from now on

Earlier today I entered your Harwood Heights Illinois location with my girlfriend whom was your customer. I was a bystander. I am in management I manage 600+ people on a daily basis and your manager on duty today disgusted me completely. While we were standing at the register for about 5 minutes waiting to be checked out, this individual decided to confront and reprimand a new employee on the store floor. Not only is this display completely inappropriate while customers are waiting to be checked out, the way she was speaking to this young woman was completely out of line. So out of line, I offered this young lady a job to remove her from this disgusting establishment. No one deserves to be treated in that manor. And for one of your $ 12 an hour paid managers, with a power trip, I advised my girlfriend to go to a separate establishment.

I was dissatisfied with my experience at this location. I am a stylist of 10 years and will never step foot in this store again or give them any business. The employee I dealt with was not helpful and rather than buying what I needed I was so put off by the attitude I received I ended up returning everything I had already purchased the day before, and she did not make that easy on me. I returned to the store 3 times before I was granted the return. With a receipt, with a cosmoprof card, she just kept giving me reason after reason the return couldn’t happen. What ever happened to customer service? Would it hurt to smile? Be friendly…? I suggest Cosmo prof rethink their staff before they lose all business.
