M M Sherman is without a doubt the best service of any kind I have found through Unilocal.I called Matt to fix several items around my apartment including two shower fixtures, a door that come off its frame, the removal of an old drop ceiling railing and an issue I was having with a bedroom area rug. He showed up 5 minutes early (which in my opinion is better than being on time) and went to work with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. Every task he undertook was completed with no complications and the end result was beyond my expectations. Furthermore, there as no mess for me to clean up after he left and everything he moved to get the job done was put exactly where it had previously been. While he was here he took measurements to craft a makeshift countertop to put on top of my dog kennels for my kitchen and told me he would email me with an estimate and details. I have no doubt he will follow through on that promise and the end result of his work will be top notch like what I saw today. If you are looking to have any work done on your house/​apartment look no further than M M Sherman. I am relieved to finally have a contact in my phone I can call on if I have any issues of the repair and home maintenance variety.

He and Bran (I think?) came to install some through the wall air conditioners for me. Matt was very responsive by email, and kept working with me on scheduling. Everything went smoothly and as expected. They cleaned as they went and refused offers to help out the boxes. They needed something to get the job done and were about to go buy it, but I found something that worked. I appreciate that they were going to do it the right way.
Matt has done some other work in my building and was recommended to me by a neighbor.
Matt is easy to get in touch with (I love that he emails!). He came when he said he would. He cleaned of as he went and was very respectful of my home and made sure the job was completely done and done well.
