You have been warned. What a ripoff. We bought a «cream puff» from Jeff the salesman. Had the car two weeks and right from the start the tranny wasn’t right. We called and Mohammed said we could exchange it for another car of equal value but when we got there he said he misspoke and that we’d have to trade it in and take an 1800 dollar loss on the car. I was pissed off. So Rami is gonna help us. He gets in the car smoking a cigarette, imagine, and my wife has to get out of the car. When he’s done smoking, they go for a test drive so Rami could check the car out. «You need motor mounts and tires“he says. So I ask for the money for these repairs and Mohammed and two other guys come out. «You’re not getting anything he says as another guy menaces me with a crow bar. The police were called and it was funny how they knew exactly what happened before I said a word. Yes he said to me this isn’t our first time responding to an irate customer at FRANK AUTO SALES. No he said he couldn’t help us in any other way. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Unashamed snake oil salesmen bad cars and a disrespectful manager. Yes u get it all at this shithole.
I’m updating this review to report Ramy the salesman has taken to Unilocal messaging to abuse me verbally. Class act at Frank Auto Sales.

Beware of these Scammers their cars are Not bumper to bumper warranty covered as they will tell you. Have a mechanic look over the car you buy from this place. ¡¡Beware!

Frank’s Auto Sales is NOT BBB accredited as stated in the sales pitch. Also please note that the extended warranty that they offer for purchase through Auto Source of America LLC, does NOT guarantee that the vehicle it will pass inspection and does not cover the first 30-​days.
I purchased a 2001 Toyota Camry with 75 364 miles, on 8÷5÷15 from Frank Auto Sales, and was told that it was a better purchase over another vehicle (Thomas Culmone, Manager, Frank Auto Sales, had disclosed that the Honda Accord we were interested had multiple problems). Although I knew the Camry had normal used car problems (i.e. change of oil, braked pads, and belts), I bought the car with the expectation that it would pass inspection. I was offered the opportunity to purchase an extended 90-​day warranty from Auto Source that only covers issues i.e.: gas engine, transmission, drive axle and 4w drive issues. (Please note: does not cover the first 30-​day or «pre-​existing conditions». It’s now 4 weeks later, since the purchase. I have driven the car approximately 1,200 miles. I took the car in for inspection which barely passed, due a bad catalytic converter and the engine has already died due to bad pistons! The mechanic said the engine was packed with gunk to keep it from knocking and leaking. And guess what — that piece of crap extended warranty from Auto Source will not cover the repairs because it is less than 30-​days and that «pre-​existing conditions» existed.
When I asked Thomas Culmone, Manager, Frank Auto Sales to explain the parts about the warranty I didn’t understand he lied and said that I was covered and that the vehicle was checked and that there were no preexisting conditions on the car, unlike the other vehicle on the lot that he stopped me from looking at because it had pre-​existing conditions he warned me about. Tom claims that he knew nothing of the problems with the Camry at the time of sale and refused to make repairs, claiming that, we purchased car «As Is» and he is not liable for the repairs.
Do yourself a favor and ask to have looked at by a mechanic before you purchase the vehicle or have a code reader with you!!!

When you judge a car buying experience, you look at all the variables involved.
1) Quality of vehicle purchased: Low mileage, clean, car fax included. Everything on website was exactly the same when I arrived at dealership.
2) Salesman– Not aggressive and pretty upfront with how low they may go. Friendly, relaxing experience
3) Finance options: Got me for bank fee due to credit. They were able to lower by a few hundred. Only frustrating part about experience.
4)-No warranty included (thats why it didnt get 5 stars) – Give the driver peace of mind at least with one month.
5) Based on the inventory I witnessed, they are well maintained used cars.
6) Location of business– Weird area, right next to airport.
Great experience, so happy wtih car!
