When we recently decided to put a metal roof on our house, we didn’t realize how difficult it would be to 1) find any roofers at all who could install a concealed-​fastener roof 2) get anyone to even return a phone call or 3) get anyone we did talk to to show up to give us an estimate. Craig’s Roofing aced all the other companies on all counts. Though we did have a little bit of trouble scheduling installation, it didn’t take a particularly long time. They worked hard – quickly & professionally & did a great job of keeping the worksite clean & cleaning up afterwards. Even after the sale, when I needed a certificate for my insurance company, they acted quickly. We definitely paid more than what some other companies were charging, but we felt that their business history and professionalism helps ensure they will be in business if & when we ever need to use our warranty. We have used dozens of contractors this past year in a long house remodel & I can say they are among the best.
