Dr Smith was a very thorough doctor but since he’s grown and become more concerned with cosmetics he’s slacked on the actual medical practice. Forms are not filled out completely, medical records are misplaced and they don’t take responsibility. It was a good practice.was.

I love Dr Smith! I have been seeing him for several years now! I don’t know what I’ll do when it comes to the day he’ll retire. Very care and kind.

Dr. Smith is very nice but his staff is awful. His office manager who’s name begins with an «M» is cruel hearted. She has no empathy for patients who are ill. She is only interested in making money and should not be working in the medical field. His secretary «K» is condescending and sarcastic when you call with a concern. When you try to make an appointment, she laughs at you. I have sat in the waiting room many times and have overheard the two of them making fun of other patients. I brought this to Dr Smith’s attention and he has told me he will talk to them. This has only made them meaner to me and as a result they have denied me medical care. I like Dr. Smith but I will no longer be treated like this. I am currently looking for another physician.

Both my husband and I have recently been in the care of Haskell Town Medical and Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith is a great doctor. He makes you feel very comfortable and you do not feel rushed at all while he answers questions. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Smith is a great doctor. Every time he sees me he explains everything thoroughly does not leave any question unanswered. He won’t disappoint.
