New York Store Fixture Company

My experience is similar to that of the first poster. I am in San Francisco, couldn’t find the Bisley I wanted, found NY Store Fixture company on the web. William responded to my email, and subsequent ones, promptly. His price was good, he ordered and delivered. And then, when there was a problem with the cabinet I ordered, he ordered me a replacement and is shipping it to me. Amazing customer service. Highly recommended.

I was in search of Bisley cabinets and came across New York Store Fixture Company on the web. I haven’t always had the best experience with my finds on the world wide web, but I am so happy to report they are a dream to deal with!
Sometimes you fill out forms and wonder if anybody will ever get back to you. Worry not, somebody will! William called me back within the day & as I was confused as to which color I wanted, he kindly sent me sample of the colors I was interested in & I received the color chips in a couple days (Bisley makes many grays, but ultimately I settled on blue and chalk)
They did not have the colors I wanted in stock, but was able to place a special order. European goods special order… ever tried to order a couch from abroad? 4 – 6 months, really!!! No bueno! Thankfully my drawers came much quicker than the anticipated 3 months. I believe most of Europe takes a 2 month vacation around July/​August, so I imagine you may want to order at any other time!
Thank goodness the drawers finally came as my disorganization was making me lose my mind. I love this company & as my own company expands, I will be looking forward to spending more money here in future!
