AA Auto Technicians

Do not Support this Place. I don’t know what country in Europe this Lauren guy is from, but it’s apparently totally acceptable to cures out customers. Sure, I would love to be able to flip out on random customers because they annoy me, but that doesn’t mean I should.
I called around town asking shops if they had plenty of time to work on my truck. It broke down 40 mins from where I live, and I need it for work. This shop say SURE, LOTSA time to work on your truck. When its NOT DONE in 2 days, I called a total of 3 times and the owner gets on the phone and curses me out for simply asking about my truck that was supposed to be done in 2 hours not 2 days. Basically they are TOO much about making money, that they lied to customers to get them in, don’t do what they say and actually SWEAR at customers. Forget this place! If I wasn’t so Minnesotan and trying to figure out WHERE this guy was coming from I would have laid him out for talking to me like that. I don’t know where Lauren gets off talking to people like that, but if I see his GIRL NAME talk to a lady like that im going t push him in traffic

I’ve used them twice. Both times they got me in right away and had my car done same day. Very friendly people and I seem to get very straight information in regards to repair options.

The fuel pump on my 01 Passat went out near Hastings and I just selected a garage that had positive reviews with the limited amount of research I could do while waiting for the tow truck. Brought it there and was almost a week for them to fix. Then when I go to pick it up, CEL is on. I ask them to check it out and they just clear it and send me on my way. After the light kept coming on I brought it to another garage and it turns out the seal between the fuel pump and the tank was installed extremely poorly to where there essentially was no seal. So there’s a $ 90 extra on top of the original repair. I recommend other garages.

Best auto shop in Hastings. I brought my Mercedes to AA Auto Technicians and they diagnosed it at no cost. They discovered the problem was in the key that I needed to have replaced at the Mercedes dealership. Some auto shops would have «found another problem» but I am glad to know that there are still good auto shops like AA Auto Technicians.
