Please note: This is in a mall right by St. John Bosco. My phone struggled with the location. I just picked up a dozen doughnuts to bring to a client, and they are getting RAVE reviews. As we all know, glazed doughnuts are the real test of quality, and people were just about fainting in the aisles eating them. Seriously, there was swooning. Super-nice person running the place, too. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed the Donuts from this shop. They were just the right size, the dough is tasty as well as the glaze. Where these donuts win is the filling. The filling seemed to be real jelly with a nice dark color and a natural flavor. Not a clear filling with a candle taste like some other places. The cream filled donuts were really good as well. I should add that I picked up some apple fritters here as well, and they were the best that I have had in the area trumping WAWA apple fritters as these have chunks of apple in the dough. The coffee here is really good and the woman working the shop when I stopped in was extremely friendly! she even through in a free donut! Definitely worth a stop next time you binge on Donuts!!!

Go. Get their Boston crème doughnut. And get me one while you’re at it. Please? When I first saw their magnificent Boston crème doughnut, right away I said«I’ll split this with you.» And I meant it; I don’t work out as much as I used to[1]. But after that first damned bite, I couldn’t stop eating. It was like there was cocaine baked into its delicious frosting. Sweet, sweet cocaine, and you didn’t even need to snort[2] it. There was no sharing that day. I mean, of that specific doughnut. Luckily, there were many others in the box we got. And many more if you go to Angel’s yourself. [1] Let’s be honest, do I look like someone who works out regularly? [2] Okay kids, I’m not a coke addict. Scout’s honor!

Double brownie(or donut) points for being open on a Monday, something difficult to come by when in search of donut shops or bakeries that aren’t corporate. The donuts themselves aren’t the neatest or pristine looking, but if you grab up some fresh ones, you are sure to enjoy what you eat. I especially liked my soft, glazed donut. Mmm… Unfortunately, one of my donuts was obviously not fresh, but she did throw it in my order for free, I suppose to be nice, but I think I’d rather have not had it on my first impression. The woman who runs the store was SUPERNICE and very pleasant. She doted on my young son and made us feel very welcome. I can dig that. If it wasn’t so far out of my way, I would totally go back in there and grab a few plain glazed. Situated in a strip mall, this place is not to be overlooked if you’re a local. Go check it out, I’m telling you it beats Dunkin any day. Too bad there really isn’t much seating. It’s really a grab and go kind of place.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm donuts… ahhhhhhhhhhh *drool* Sorry had a Homer Simpson moment there. This mom & pop donut shop is churning out some tasty delights that fill the air with their saccharin siren sensory delight! Tucked into a small shopping plaza along County Line road this place is easy to miss but worth checking out. The lady who helped us to her delectable was very patient while we bounced between choices. After deciding ½ dozen would do enough damage to our waistlines she happily boxed up our selections and threw a freebie 7th one on the house! Woo hoo! Now the challenge will be not to scarf them all down at once! om nom nom!
