Pros: They are honest and have great mechanics. Your car will be fixed right the first time.
Negatives: They will gouge you on prices. You will pay dealer prices for repairs. No savings.
Example: They said my Ford Fusion needed front brake pads & rotors. Cost: $ 150 for pads and $ 150 for rotors. $ 300 for a brake job? Took the car to Tires Plus. They installed new Wagner Pads and cut the rotors for $ 100. I saved $ 200. Shop around. Auto Doctor wants your money.

I was a loyal Auto Doctor customer for a few years. Then I noticed that every time I took my car in there was ALWAYS something additional they wanted to fix. Over the course of four or five visits I didn’t get out of there for less than $ 1000.00. (Way more a few times.)
I am sure they did what they said they would. The work was quality. My car runs fine. But I have the strong feeling that they did unnecessary work on my car. Maybe your experience will be better, but remember this review when Al recommends an expensive repair for something you did not expect.

So, I was referred to this place because the owner restored a 69 Yenko Camaro. I called the owner and asked he could tackle a few electrical issues on an older car. He said no problem. After a week, his mechanic said they were lost. I’m not sure why the owner was so anxious to get me there because they clearly couldn’t handle the job.
