This was new company and my first real job. This is a great company to work for and Andy was a great CEO who really cared. There are not enough words to explain how AWESOME this company was.

I have a medication from my dermatologist that my insurance does not cover, but the medication contracts with this online/by mail pharmacy so I pay my usual deductible without going through my insurance. I’m not entirely sure how it works, but I am grateful that I’m only paying $ 35 instead of the full retail without insurance price. However, the service has really gone down hill the last two times I have called for my refill. A few months ago, I called and the medication is supposed to arrive within 2 days. After a week, I get my credit card bill and have been charged, but still no medication. When I call back, I am put on eterna-hold and transferred to 3 different people before being told. «we forgot to ship it». Stuff happens, I get that, but the attitude and poor customer service I received was uncalled for. Flash forward to last week and again I call for a refill. This time, I get the medication, but it’s half the size as normal. I call the number on the medication and am told I need to call a different number. I call that number and am told I need to call the number on the medication. Calling the first number again, I’m transferred to a nasty woman that tells me the half size is from an old script and instead of going off the new script, they refilled the remaining one, which I know is incorrect because I have never received this tiny size before. Over 30 minutes more and two new people in, I’m told my new script is for the smaller size, but I can call the doctor and it can be fixed. OK…so I call the doctor and find out that they wrote the script exactly as they had before… for the larger size. GRRRR! I’m sure it will all get worked out, but I really resent having to waste more of my precious time to get it handled. My two star review is solely for my appreciation that I get the medication for my insurance deductible, which has nothing to do with this online pharmacy… they would receive negative stars if that was an option.

Extremely poor service. Every month I called in to have a prescription refilled. The medicine was supposed to be delivered within two days. The last two times Philidor did not deliver the medicine and I had to call a second time to get the medicine. The representatives were not helpful and refused to take responsibility for their company’s mistakes. DONOTUSE if you need to take a medicne on a regualr basis.
