J’s Auto Service in Hatfield, PA is absolutely the best mechanic in the area. John and Jim are very trustworthy as they have been service my family’ and business vehicles over 10 years and have SAVE me a lot of money over the years. Most importantly, they take the time to understand your vehicle troubles without assumption, diagnosing the problems with accuracy, then coming up with solutions not temporary fixes… you wouldn’t be disappointed

Very hard to trust mechanics. Not the case w Js Auto. I’ve had my 2 vehicles serviced here and the outcome has been a very positive experience. In both cases, the repairs could be considered for dealer repair only, however Js was able to do them for a fraction of the price. Email contact was outstanding, so was the estimate price and the time for job completion. Very honest and able to explain in simple terms.

We have been going to Js for many years with all of our vehicles. From our pick up truck to our foreign cars. They handle them all, professionally and very knowledgable. Christine at the front desk is on point and calls you back with updates. Dealing with John and Christine is like dealing with family. We won’t let anyone else touch our vehicles.

Skip the big corporate shops and go to this great locally owned auto repair center. The owners of the business are also the main techs. Very knowledgeable and will fix your car/​truck correctly the first time. I currently service all four of my automobiles there and have been an active customer since 2008. You wont be disappointed.

I’ve been taking my cars here for years after a co-​worker recommended it and I have referred friends. I had been scraped dry at the Honda dealership one too many times. When you take your car here for an oil change, you get an oil change. No whoshotjohn about this cable and that belt needs replacing. There are no games here. The service is trustworthy and reasonable. I’ve had my Honda and my Audi worked on here and I will continue to come here even though I’ve moved out of the county. They will accommodate me with an inexpensive rental, which still saves me more money than going to a dealer. I think the only work they don’t do is body work, but they can probably hook you up with that too. Cannot say enough good things about J’s.
Only drawback is that they are not open on Saturdays.

Great family owned business with awesome customer service. They were able to fix my car when no one else could figure out what was wrong with it. They actually did research to figure it out! I also wasn’t charge an unreasonable price for the service that was performed. I am glad that I discovered them, especially since they are close to where I live. Highly recommended in my book.

At the age of 17 I was eager to purchase my first car, and picked up an old Audi off a lot in Glenside, thinking I had found a «deal». When it came time for routine maintenance and PA state inspection, I identified J’s Auto through the AAA Approved Auto Repair program. Unfortunately the car was not in good shape as I had thought, however John and Jim were able to quickly and cost-​effectively nurse it back to health, also passing emissions and improving fuel economy, operating «like new» despite being over 10 years old!
Many years later, the routine maintenance performed by J’s have kept the vehicle in excellent condition for 3 trips across the country and countless road trip adventures! After relocating to Washington, I took what I learned from John to help identify another AAA-​approved independent auto repair shop to continue the good work that had started in Hatfield.
