Snyder Square Cleaner

We have often used this cleaner since it is close to our home. My husband has had success with his suites though one of his brand new shirts had to be returned because it had a stain on it that was not there when we brought it to the cleaner. I recently had a dress dry cleaned. They lost the lining of the dress. I had to go back and They did find it (thankful or else the dress would have been see through). The worst part is that the dress had two different fabrics that were the same color and now are totally different. When I mentioned it to the women she said they make no guarantees and they would not refund my money. Very rude. Will not be returning!

They do a great job with tailoring and also with dry cleaning delicate clothing. Owners are lovely people.

Explicitly told owners NOT to dry sleeping bag, as it is line dry only. Explained it to them, they said no problem, they would handle it. I go to pick it up, and its dry. I hope its not ruined! I told them how it was not to be dried, and they don’t even apologize, they chastise me for not picking it up at the exact time. (it was the following morning, first thing!) Then, when the lady gives me the bag, and sheepishly walks away, the man storms out, shaking with anger, and grabs it away from me, yelling «YOU PAY!» I thought he was going to hit me! His wife restrained him, all while screaming and yelling. My kid, who is three, said, «Let;s just go home.» Good advice, and I advise you to do the same. Shame treating customers like this, and acting that way in front of children
