MOLD MOLD MOLD… BEWARE!!! NO SECURITY WHICH STATED ON WEBSITE!!!
HIGH THEFT HERE… OVER 50 STORAGE UNITS BROKEN INTO OVER A MONTHS PERIOD!!!, AND NOW
There website states that they have state of the art security… gated units… They even have pictures on this page which shows cameras all over. After two crimes of the same act WITH ALL THEIR CAMERAS they say «well people come in and out all the time and the cameras don’t show anything cause there not inside the units and also people follow each other out of the gates» so pretty much their state of the art security that you pay for is worthless. The gated entrance which you need a code to get in is left wide open for over 3 months. Their excuse was that the people that installed it went out of business so they can’t get it fixed… DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE TO ANYONE! ITS BEEN OVER THREE MONTHS, SO NO ONE IN THE WORLD FIXES GATES!!!
Please please do not use this storage facility… your stuff is absolutely not safe. your valuables can’t be replaced. They still charged us for the month because «they are not responsible for your stolen stuff that’s what insurance is for.» Which is true but why am I paying for something that you state you offer but you don’t. And after the first crime wouldn’t you attempt to fix your gates to deter thieves from just driving or walking in and out… I have no doubt that this will keep happening. There are multiple storage units within a miles distance that are the same or even cheaper and less the annual break ins.
Now being almost a year later the gate is fixed and yes my monthly fee went up. real shocker.but having so much in my unit and needing a moving truck and getting help is not easy to move, but all of my stuff in my unit has mold all over it. we received a letter saying that our building has had complaints about mold and they will change the building to an air conditioned unit and that we our «grandfathered» in at our price for 6 months and then they raise the price… ALMOST DOUBLE so now I get to pay for a moving truck and move all of my moldy things. Do you really want to deal with this?
